Each of our customer service team has undergone extensive training on the entire Bricos product range. We aim to answers all questions and queries at the first contact, enabling our customers to focus on finalising their jobs at hand.
All incoming telephone calls are answered within two rings, ensuring that our customers can obtain the information required, without having to be transferred to another department.
As well as being able to provide advice and recommendations on the entire product range via the telephone, our Customer Service team also has access to a large range of technical information, which can be provided via fax or email.
